BIO: Jennifer Mulligan is an award winning Canadian screenwriter and emerging director, and former Civilian Member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, with an extensive background in information technology and cyber security. She completed her short experimental film “death isn’t the same anymore” in 2017, which had its US Premiere in Beverly Hills at the Lady Filmmakers Festival, where it received the Festival Director’s Award. Jennifer has worked with several Canadian producers to write and polish feature film scripts and also works on original concepts for film, television and web projects.
